My approach
Not another list of properties.
You can find plenty of projects online. The harder question is which of them deserve your attention, and what you need to establish before you choose anything.
So I start the other way round. You build your brief here, I read it, and then we talk it through together until we both know what the right purchase has to deliver. Only after that do I go looking.

Work through your purpose, the commitment you're comfortable with, your essentials and your timing. “Not sure yet” is a genuinely useful answer.
Then
We speak
I'll call you at a time that suits. We go through what you've written, test the priorities against each other, and agree the brief properly.
After that
I bring you options
I check what's actually available and suitable, then come back with up to three, including what each one costs you in trade-offs. Verified, not brochure copy.

I'm a property consultant at Maison VIII in Dubai. My work starts with what you're trying to achieve, not with the project I happen to want to show you.
We'll build your buying brief together from the priorities you set out here. Once we've agreed what matters, I go and check what's genuinely suitable, and I'll explain the practical and financial trade-offs of each option rather than selling you the upside.
I don't cold call, and I don't send brochures to people I haven't spoken to. If your answers tell me Dubai off-plan isn't the right move for you right now, I'll say so.

Is this free, with no obligation?+
Yes. There's no payment, subscription or obligation to buy. Building your brief is the first step in how I work with buyers, not a reservation or a brokerage agreement.
Will I get property recommendations straight away?+
No, and that's deliberate. Your brief reflects your answers. I clarify it with you on a call first, then verify suitable options and bring them to a separate conversation.
What if I don't know my budget or timeline yet?+
Then say so. Working out what's still undecided is part of the point. There's no pass or fail here, and no financial approval score.
I'm outside the UAE. Does that change anything?+
Not at all — most of the buyers I work with are. We'll do the call at a time that works where you are, and I'll tell you which parts of the process need you here in person and which don't.
What happens to my information?+
Your draft saves in this browser as you go. I cannot see it unless you send it to me through WhatsApp or email. Once you send it, I use your answers and contact details to prepare for our conversation and follow up on your enquiry. They are not published on this site or shown to other buyers.
